How we review Bitdefender GravityZone

What this site is
Bitdefender Reviews is an independent review aggregator. We are not Bitdefender GravityZone and we don't work for them. Our goal is simple: collect what real users say about Bitdefender GravityZone across the platforms where they post it, then organize it so you can make an informed decision in a few minutes instead of an afternoon.
Where the reviews come from
We aggregated 119 published reviews across 3 platforms. We did not write, edit, or solicit any of them. Every review is the words of a real Bitdefender GravityZone user, quoted from its original source:
- Gartner Peer Insights· Verified IT and security staff at mid-size companies, schools, and public bodies.
- Capterra· Small and mid-size businesses, many running it without a dedicated security team.
- TrustRadius· Long-form reviews, many from MSPs and small IT providers, mostly written 2019 to 2021.
Bitdefender GravityZone averages 4.5 across 1,100+ ratings on three platforms. The reviews on this site are a hand-picked snapshot of that corpus, chosen to reflect its recurring themes, critical reviews included.
How we score and tag
Each review is tagged by sentiment (positive, mixed, or critical) and by audience (small business or mid-size & enterprise or msps & it providers or education & government), so you can filter to the perspective that matches you. The verdict score on the homepage is the count-weighted average of the platforms' own public ratings, using the counts listed above. Our snapshot skews toward written and critical reviews on purpose, so its plain average (4.3/5) can run lower than the platform-wide figure. Neither number is made up, and neither is weighted to flatter the product.
TrustRadius scores out of 10, and we show those scores as the reviewers gave them. Gartner Peer Insights withholds reviewer names, so its reviews carry the reviewer's job title instead. The sentiment bars average the sub-scores reviewers gave on Capterra (ease of use, features, value, support) and TrustRadius (malware detection, central management) in our September 2026 pull, scaled to 10.
Review lists open sorted by "Most relevant": detailed, recent reviews that describe what Bitdefender GravityZone did for the writer come first, drawn from a mix of platforms, and the critical ones come after. Switch the sort to Newest, Highest rating, or Lowest rating, or filter to Critical, to read them in another order. The order never changes the averages above, which count every review we show.
Why we publish critical reviews
A review site that only shows praise isn't a review site. We include the negative reviews on purpose: the billing complaints, the support frustrations, the edge-case bugs, all verbatim and unedited. Balance is the entire point. It's what lets you trust the positive reviews too.
