Initial configuration requires effort, but behavioral analysis works well

We have already used Bitdefender lite version for years. We were looking for a more robust solution and found that the full version was the best bang for the buck that we found. We love the Behavioral Analysis and Malware protection. We are currently testing out Phasr for Device Control and Attack Surface Reduction.

Strong malware protection and admin tools for cross-platform environments

Good admin interface to see issues and resolve them quickly. Does an excellent job of protecting both Mac and Windows systems without causing the user to out cry. (there will always be high end users or outside support that will blame endpoint protection for any issue brought to them)

I am satisfied with the most of the security layers, for example: - It is very easy to replicate policies and customize them by folder. - The customizable dashboard is very useful for having precise visibility of events. - The intrusion detection system is accurate and has minimal false positives. I really like the sandbox, as it provides a detailed report with screenshots and the exact behavior of the malware.

Wonderful customer service. Excellent Cyber Security stack. The Portal provides many data points and actions that have greatly increased our security footprint. Many attacks have been prevented thanks to this solution. It has definitely saved our business many times.

Bitdefender runs light, by this I mean it is low on resource usage and does not slow down the machine. Easy to install and deploy. has a very user-friendly interface and is easy to navigate around. The one thing that has not worked well for me is drilling down into things.

Customer service is phenomenal. Coming from another competitor, the difference is night and day.

Helpful dashboards and addon features, but reporting remains inconvenient

The product overall is very good. The main dashboard is very helpful, and the needed information can be found in Gravityzone. The biggest cons are the little annoyances like: not every column is filterable or sortable in the tables', needed reports have to be ran and exported to view, keep having to select filter to ignore recommendations every time you view the table, etc. It provides everything that we need, it just needs polishing around the edges.

Accidental Bitdefender Administrator

The product was already implemented and nearly fully deployed when I joined the organization, so I did not have the benefit of being involved in the onboarding process. I have greatly relied on the Master Class sessions to bring me up to speed. Overall, the product performs as expected. I appreciate the ability to access the dashboard from anywhere and the integration with our Identity Management tool for SSO. While the admin dashboard is not intuitive, it is informative.

Value for money product but cloud console feels little slowness while administration task

Reports and product evolution are strengths, but resource use can impact users

I feel like they have a good product that is evolving over time. I think there are some areas that have caused issues in regard to resource utilization on the client machines that can cause impact to the end-user.

Bitdefender: Confidence Inspiring Performance

Bitdefender has been a confidence inspiring product since it's implementation. I can see immediately when something requires attention. It's particularly entertaining when we have a pen test going on, and I'm watching it battle the pen testers with the volume of alerts coming through. Obviously, nothing is perfect, and on the rare occasion when things go wrong, what matters is the provider's response. Bitdefender are on the ball and seem to care greatly about their product and customer service. We use Bitdefender across our estate, including our Android phones.

Bitdefender is easy to use, usually easy to manage, and cleans suspicious files quickly.I have not seen any serious malware that was able to get a foothold on a system running Bitdefender.

Product Review: Detail-rich features mandate user persistence

The product does have a lot of info and features. I do feel like I need to click around a lot of get bit of info. I would appreciate one login across products and if emails gave more info and recommendations. Once you're in thought it does a decent job of tracking and catching issues.

Affordable pricing, but installation and performance are problematic

Bitdefender has not kept up with expectations. It does not catch the latest threats and it consumes too much resources on the endpoints. Pros: It is reasonably priced. Cons: Installation process, resource impact on endpoint and servers, failure to catch certain issues.
