Capterra ★★★★★One of the best AVs out there
As an MSP, we have been using Bitdefender for over 2 years now. It sends emails to our monitoring team to notify us of potential events so that we can respond as needed. No need to stare at a dashboard to monitor endpoints. It integrates with our RMM well and is extremely customizable based on our clients' individual needs. Pros: I can set it and forget it. Monitoring made simple. Integrates with other tools well. Can easily automate installation. Cons: It is VERY protective by default, but is easily configurable to fit the needs of the endpoint.

Capterra ★★★★★Affordable Business Security perfect for SMBs
This was my first foray into setting up a SMB Internet Security program, and as such there was a pretty steep learning curve for me to figure out what the do's and don'ts of setup are. However, once it was set up it very much takes care of itself with minimal interaction from me. I occasionally have to whitelist certain things, or adjust a couple of settings here and there, but for the most part we've been running it for a little over three years with no incidents. Pros: Once it is set up, GravityZone takes a very hands-off approach to Internet Security. It was easy to install and it updates regularly without having to manually push updates. It is a large program, but it doesn't use a ton of system resources, which is great because some of our hardware is older. Cons: Initial setup was a bit complicated. I had to contact them a few times in order to get all my bearings with the program.

Capterra ★★★★★Excellent business antivirus solution
I have used Bitdefender for several years both for my internal computers and also for all of my clients. I manage endpoints via the gravity zone online portal when it comes to deploying new devices and managing existing ones. Pros: I love how functional Bitdefender is, how it will run on client devices with minimal impact or disruption to the client and also how wasy it is to deploy and manage endpoints from a centralised portal. Cons: I sometimes find the dashboard complicated and sometimes things are hard to find such as when I am trying to exclude a file from scanning modules or temporarily disable antivirus protection on a particular endpoint.

Capterra ★★★★★Bitdefender. Set it and forget it.
As an IT Admin, I am responsible for keeping 5 servers, 50 computers and 40 iOS devices, and everyone's software running. We use Salesforce, and administering that is a full time job in itself. While I am doing my part saving the world, Bitdefender has my back, protecting my MacBookPro. I'm Captain Steve Rogers, Bitdefender is my vibranium shield. Pros: Bitdefender constantly runs in the background. I set it up and just let it run. If something iffy happens, it lets me know. The best part is the confidence that I don't have to babysit protecting my data. Cons: Monthly billing. Annual is probably available. I need to change to that if possible. The cost is minimal, so a longer billing interval would be painless for the one license I currently need.

Capterra ★★★★★I find Bitdefender very good
I don't have to worry about computer and network security. Pros: I began using this software when my Anti-Virus software provider of many years was forced to change from a previously top-notch product to Bitdefender - I have not been disappointed. I'm no expert in digital security but need good protection and Bitdefender seems to have an excellent record. It is quite easy to use and manage and I've not had any infections or compromised computers - I guess that says something. Support is very quick and professional. Cons: Nothing I can think of that I don't like.

Capterra ★★★★★Excellent Product
Overall it has been a great solution. I continually look for new features And modules I can add on from Bitdefender to create a better overall protection solution. Pros: I use Bitdefender Gravityzone For my computers as well as all of my clients computers. The platform is great, the protection is amazing And being cloud hosted is very helpful. Cons: It was a little difficult to get started as I had to be redirected to reseller but once that process was complete they have been a huge help. So it wasn’t really a negative

Capterra ★★★★★Amazing computer protection
We've been using Bitdefender in our mixed-platform offices for several years, and in that time we have not had a data breach or computer infection. Bitdefender has stopped several malware programs before they became an issue. Pros: It updates automatically and scans devices on a schedule, so the end users don't have to think about protection. It's very effective at finding new threats. Cons: It can be a little confusing to deploy if you have several end users.

Bitdefender GravityZone has a user interface that makes it simple for anyone who doesn't have much experience with computers or antivirus programs in general. Cons: Overall, GravityZone is a good product. It's easy to use, and the cloud-based technology helps keep your computer safe. The only downside is that it is very expensive for a small business.

Pros: Easy to set up for small, medium or big teams. Decent dashboard for team management. Cost effective subscription plans. Cons: With Bitdefender, it is quite easy to mix multiple subscriptions in the reports and UI. For example personal and work subscriptions can be easily mixed up.

Capterra ★★★★★Simplified, not simple security tool
Very easy to get running with very little issues. I don't actually know how much it's doing, but my business has yet to have any attacks! Pros: It's easy to get going, but also has the nitty gritty depth and controls an admin wants. I wasn't that versed in IT security software, but when we switched it was very easy to purchase, distribute, and get going. It's almost set it and forget it after that if you don't make any changes. Cons: There are some features that get disabled at different tiers that seem arbitrary or were available and no longer are at the low tier. When this happens, the clients think they should still have the feature and start throwing security risk messages.

Capterra ★★★★★Best Antimalware Platform I've Used in the last 20 years
Bitdefender has been incredible to work with as a vendor. Bitdefender actually listens to their customers. After submitting a number of detailed bug reports and feature requests, I was actually approached by Product Management for my input and to better understand some of the suggestions I had made. When we decided to make the migration to their cloud solution, there was no integration with our LogRhythm SIEM. I worked with both vendors to make this happen and it was Bitdefender that finally provided a solution. they actually went through the process of becoming a LogRhythm partner to get access to resources to make this happen. Migration was held up for a significant time waiting on this. Bitdefender did not activate our subscription license until I have them the go ahead after integration was established. I was able to set up the cloud infrastructure before we started paying for it. Cons: The only time I've run into significant difficulty was migrating from on premise to the cloud. The methods for doing that were not ass clean or simple to implement as I would have liked. The migration patch is not "finished" software and I've determined that systems that were "migrated" have leftover information from the On-Premise configuration that causes random communication issues that are invariably cleared by uninstalling and reinstalling.

Capterra ★★★★★Protect Your Business with the Comprehensive Cybersecurity Solution of Bitdefender GravityZone
With GravityZone, businesses can manage all their security needs from a single console, including monitoring, reporting, and policy management. It also offers integration with other security solutions, such as SIEM (security information and event management) and other endpoint protection platforms, to provide an even more comprehensive security posture. Pros: Bitdefender GravityZone is a comprehensive cybersecurity solution that provides advanced threat prevention, risk management, and endpoint protection for businesses of all sizes. It is designed to help companies detect, prevent, and respond to cyberattacks, and to secure their network, endpoints, and sensitive data. Cons: Due to the many features and tools offered by GravityZone, the platform can be quite complex and may require more IT expertise and resources to implement and manage. GravityZone requires a certain level of system resources and may not be suitable for older or less powerful systems, which could impact system performance and user experience.

Capterra ★★★★★My REview for Bitdefender GaravityZone
Pros: I appreciate that Bitdefender GravityZone provides strong defense against viruses, ransomware, and other dangers. Additionally, it offers strong security analytics that let customers immediately spot unusual activity on their networks. Bitdefender GravityZone is a fantastic option for organizations of all sizes because it is simple to adopt and operate. Cons: The occasionally sluggish scanning performance of Bitdefender GravityZone is one of its least preferred features. Also, folks who are not tech-savvy may find the interface's intricacy to be intimidating. Another drawback for consumers who desire more control over their security settings is the lack of customizability.

Capterra ★★★★★Bitdefender for the win!
My experience with Bitdefender has been amazing. We have a three year contract with them and will defiantly re-knew with another three years. Pros: Bitdefender customer response time is impeccable. When it comes to an intrusion notification to a response to a question I have. The response time is unmatched. Cons: One con that comes at the top of my head is the Web-GUI. Especially the part when it comes to whitelisting a website. If the website tabs to a sub-URL but has the beginning matching. Bitdefender does not care it will still block that portion of the website. Which is annoying, but it is still good to see that specifics need to be entered to allow whitelisting.

Capterra ★★★★★A great endpoint security solution but not easy to manage
Overall it was positive, because it is a powerful and effective endpoint security solution, however, as an IT Engineer it was hard to manage and maintain. Pros: I like how effective it is against threats of various natures. It is without a doubt a powerful solution for any company, big or small. Cons: It is not easy to manage. We had bitdefender management platform installed inside our on-prem infrastructure, and while it worked great, managing endpoints, creating and managing policies is a complex endeavour and not intuitive at all. Also, it may be trivial to some, but scheduled scanning while active tends to use quite a chunk of system resources slowing down the computer significatly during active operations.

Actually, it was a great experience working with Bitdefender and I were always sure that my PC will be safe, but we didn't use Bitdefender for a long time because we could find better offers from local vendors of other antivirus applications Pros: We have used Bitdefender in our company as endpoint security and network protection. My overall experience with Bitdefender GravityZone has been good so far, and I definitely recommend it. Pros: Bitdefender GravityZone offers some nice features like: The Apps Blacklist, Malware detection, system analysis, etc. All these combined with the nice user-interface make this software a pretty decent one. Cons: There is not a lot I don't like about Bitdefender GravityZone, but their prices are a bit high. It would be nice to see a slight reduction in the prices. Other than that, I think initial installation and setup should be made easier on the user.

Capterra ★★★★★Not a good option for SMBs without dedicated IT support
For a small business owner who cannot afford a dedicated IT support the time requirements to manage GZ to simply install a lot of the software desired for the business cost much more in my time than whatever discount savings I may have obtained. No doubt GZ is great for those with a need to centrally manage their security and/or have the necessary IT support/inclination to manage the policies, etc. However, for a small team (less than 5), setting up individual machines was far quicker, less hassle, and less cost. Pros: It is obviously high end security and is well rated by professional reviewers. However, that security is often too strict and installation of many software packages becomes frustratingly difficult. Cons: I could never simply pause the security protection. No doubt for IT professionals setting up all the necessary components for a power user, end-point policies, etc. is relatively simple. However, I hit brick walls every time I tried. Support articles were frustratingly incomplete, either assuming completion of prior steps, or not achieving desired results when (I believe) following through step by step. No doubt I was missing something meant to already be in place, or misunderstood, or something...

Capterra ★★★★★Catastrophic Breach of Trust: Compromised Perimeter and Active Cover-Up
Pros: Absolutely none. A clean user interface is completely worthless when the software actively green-lights credential-harvesting threats and drops them into the inbox. Cons: The baseline Web Shield SDK is fundamentally broken. Internal support admitted in writing [sensitive content hidden] that it cannot intercept basic phishing threats without an upgraded ATS module. Worse, when confronted, the company utilizes deceptive bait-and-switch tactics, dumping paid users into crippled 30-day trials instead of honoring negotiated enterprise settlements.
